Guide

Off paper.
This week, not next quarter.

You do not convert ten years of tickets on day one. You put tomorrow’s jobs in the product and stop making new paper for those visits.

Start trial Pricing

14-day trial. Card on file. If you never add a customer, job, quote, or invoice, we don’t charge.

What you get today

Start with tomorrow.

The question

Add the customers you will see this week. Add the jobs. Put times on the day board. Leave the old archive in the folder until you need a name from it.

How the shop runs it

Quote the next sold job in the product, with the deposit if you take one. Invoice from that quote so the money matches the price.

What to skip

Have one tech write one report with photos. Send that customer the portal link. That is the habit. Repeat it.

Where to go next

If the trial week produces no customer, job, quote, or invoice, you are not charged. You can also email hello@getownthefield.com to cancel.

Do I have to import every old invoice first?

No. Start with the work in front of you. History can wait until someone asks for it.
