Guide

Flat monthly
versus per user.

A per-user price looks small until the office, the techs, and a part-time helper are all seats. A flat plan is easier to explain if the cap is written down.

14-day trial. Card on file. If you never add a customer, job, quote, or invoice, we don’t charge.

What you get today

Read the cap, then the add-ons.

The question

Own The Field is flat monthly. Starter, Team, and Growth are on the pricing page, with the login caps written there. Same 14-day trial on every plan.

How the shop runs it

Texting is not inside those prices. It is an add-on, listed on the pricing page, so the plan price is not pretending to include it.

What to skip

Extra storage is a pack on a paid plan. Extra AI use is listed separately. If a vendor hides those, ask before you sign.

Where to go next

We do not publish a comparison that says we cost less than another product. Use the pricing page and your current bill.

What if I add nothing during the trial?

If you never add a customer, job, quote, or invoice, we do not charge. The card is still on file at signup.
