The portal link does not expire. The customer sees invoices, the work you did, and the next visit without calling the shop to ask where the paperwork went.

What you get today
They can accept a sent quote there. A deposit invoice is created from that acceptance when the quote asks for one.
They pay an invoice from the portal or from a pay link. The office still records cash and checks.
Warranties and manuals you put in their documents can be downloaded. A purchase order file is kept off the portal.
The same link is the place they return to. You do not mint a new login for every visit.
