The schedule is a day view. Each person has a column. Each block is that job’s start time and how long it runs. A job with no time sits above the grid.

Office staff build the day. Techs open my-day and see their own work. Clock in and out stays on the job.
If two jobs for the same person overlap, the board shows them side by side so you can fix the day before anyone drives.
Arrived and on-my-way notices go from the job. Access flags cover a dog, an HOA, a gate, or a lockbox.
The list view is still there when you care about stop order more than the clock. Month view is there for the longer look.
